We can't wait to start dancing with you all! A few very important things to know for our first week of operations.
Building update!
As you may of seen our amazing new dance studio building is not quite finished yet, we hope the space will be ready for week 2 of classes. This week we will be running classes in the large undercover area in front of the hall, we have so many fun activities and equipment to use this week!
Meeting Points - IMPORTANT!
Prep - Miss Emily will meet your children outside their prep classroom, all prep teachers have a list of who is going to dancing, students will be marked off on our roll by Miss Emily when leaving their classrooms and will then be in Encore's care.
Grade 1 & Grade 2 - Miss Brittany will meet you at the junior eating area, (the same place after school care meets) from here you will be marked off on our rolls and in Encore's care, we will walk altogether to the dance area.
Grades 3-6 - Miss Kate will meet you at the main undercover area outside the dance hall. This is where you will be marked off on our rolls.
Pick up after class!
Encore requires that collection happens at the main undercover area where class is taken at pickup times. We will not be allowing students to walk outside of our class area alone. Our receptionist Miss Mandy will be with us if you have any questions for us when you arrive to pick up.
All Encore staff will be dressed in our Black Encore T-Shirt with logo on the back, we will all have labelled name tags for the first few weeks as well.
