Not only is Miss Tayla an amazing acro and tap teacher at our Warana studio, she is also an amazing tapper, jazz, lyrical, ballet and contemporary dancer and choreographer!
Where did you grow up and how young did you start dance?
I grew up in New Zealand and started dancing at the age of 2, I did my first solo at 3!
Your favourite part of teaching?
I love how rewarding it is to see the students grow and improve with their dancing. I have made so many friends through teaching and I’m so glad to be back part of the encore family.
Your favourite moment with #encorefamily so far?
I was lucky enough to travel to Sydney twice and Melbourne with encore as a student part of the travelling ballet and acro team. As a teacher my biggest achievement would have to be training students for their ballet exams and having two students receive 99%!
