Dear Encore Family,
This is a friendly reminder about our concert rehearsal this Sunday, November 24th at Mathew Flinders. Please read the details below carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone:
Rehearsal Drop-Off Times
- Caloundra students: 8:00 AM
- Aura students: 8:00 AM
- Encore School students: 8:00 AM
- Kawana Senior Comp Team students: 8:00 AM
- All Kawana students: 11:30 AM
What to Bring and Prepare
- Students must arrive in their first costume with hair and makeup completely done.
- Explain to your child that they’ll stay in a dressing room with their dancing friends and Encore teachers throughout the rehearsal. They will perform on stage for a full practice and then return to their dressing rooms.
- Drop-off and pick-up will occur at the venue, and you’ll need to sign your child in and out upon arrival and departure.
Important Notes for Parents
- This is a significant event with over 300 students participating throughout the day.
- While we have plenty of staff to assist, we are unable to do hair and makeup for students. Please ensure this is done prior to arriving.
Concert Reminder
The main concert event will be held next Saturday, November 30th. Make sure you’ve purchased a ticket to watch your kids shine on stage!
