We are thrilled to share essential details about the upcoming 2024 concert season from the 2024 Concert Information Guidebook. This annual event is a highlight for our students, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their talents. Here are the key dates and important information you need to know:
Important Dates
1. Rehearsal Day: Sunday, November 24, 2024
- Show One: Arrive at 8:00 AM, pick-up at 11:00 AM
- Show Two: Arrive at 11:30 AM, pick-up at 2:30 PM
2. Concert Day: Saturday, November 30, 2024
- Show One: Arrive at 1:00 PM, show commences at 2:00 PM, approximate finish time at 3:30 PM
- Show Two: Arrive at 4:00 PM, show commences at 5:00 PM, approximate finish time at 6:30 PM
Concert Structure
This year, we are dividing our entire student body into two separate shows to ensure a more enjoyable experience for both performers and the audience. Students will only perform in one show, with only a few senior competition team members required for both. This new structure is designed to keep the show concise and engaging.
Costume and Fee Information
Costume Payments: Costumes will be handed out only after all term fees and costume payments are settled. The payment structure is designed to help parents budget throughout the year:
- Term 1: Invoice + $20 enrolment fee
- Term 2: Invoice + $40 per costume deposit (ex GST)
- Term 3: Invoice + $35 per costume balance (ex GST)
- Term 4: Invoice + $60 concert expense per family (ex GST)
Additional Information
- Concert Video & Trophy: Each family will receive a professionally recorded video of the concert on a USB and access to all stage photography. Every student will also be awarded a trophy for their participation.
- Photos: The entire show will be professionally photographed. Please register via the provided link in the guidebook to access and download the photos.
- Finale Dance: All students will participate in the finale dance, for which they will need their full Encore uniform.

- Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Stay updated by following our social media accounts.
- Adult: $38.50
- Children Under 12: $28.50
