Kate Matti, known for her higher than average energy, creative choreography concepts and persistence to make sure every dancers dreams are fulfilled.

In her early years, Kate trained at a prestigious dance academy in Noosa, finding her passion for movement and acrobatics. She competed in sports aerobics at a national level, achieving Gold Medal status, and also trained as a cheerleader for 10 years, competing internationally and performing as part of the Broncos Cheer squad!

Kate then went on to pursue her love of musical theatre and her experience in dance led to work in many contracted performances and productions, including cabaret, salsa shows and musicals!

Kate is a trained and recognised teacher under the BBO & acrobatic dance teachers association in both acro dance and classical ballet education and now owns two studios in Queensland, where she focuses on mentoring fellow teachers and sharing her broad performance and specialist training knowledge to her students, and assisting them in their pathway to working professionally in the dance and performing arts industries!
